To my water resources engineers

Dear Sirs 

I shared Myanmar water resources data and fact sheets as described in Myanmar National Environment Performance Assessment  ( EPA) Report sponsored by ADB and UNEP . Report ဘယ်နှစ်ထု တ် တယ် သိချင် လို့ ရှာတာ မတွေ့သေးဘူး ၊ ဆိုးလိုက်တာ .ပုံမှန်ဆိုစာအုပ် တွေ ရှေ့ မှာ  ထုတ်ဝေ မှတ်တမ်း ထည့်နေကျပါ။ 

If you have spare time enough  , I prefer you all to check the our Myanmar water resources data ,and correct if any you found incorrect and please comment if any you have something to say on our Myanmar Water Resources .

I have also my own future plans to publish a book named “ မြန်မာ့ ရေအရင်းအမြစ်များ “ under my series of books named as မှတ် ဖွယ်  မှတ်ရာ စာပဒေသာ စာစဉ်များ one after another ,to be managed in my spare time . 

My second book on my “ General Knowledges and Myanmar Water Resources “ series is under preparation , on going  and will be publish soon under the name “ ကန်ထဲကရေ, , သဲထဲကရေ” as a 2nd serial book of မှတ် ဖွယ်မှတ် ရာ စာပဒေသာ  under water issues  ( ရေရေးရာ) .

 My already published first and foremost book in 2020 was a book named as မှတ်ဖွ ယ် မှတ်ရာ စာပဒေသာ ။ “ဦးပဂျီငို ရဲ့  တိုးတက်ရေး၊ကြီးပွါး ရေး.ပညာရေး၊ကံညာဏ် ဝိရီယ ၊နှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးသိမ်မွေ့ခြင်းအကြောင်းများနှင့် မိမိဘဝအပေါ် လွမ်းမိုး သက်ရောက်မှုများအကြောင်း “ that the book itself was my  collection of autobiographical articles that I wrote  in the past and the book included  my original short notes  got  from U Bagi Ngo’s book ( နောင်မှာ  ဝိပသနာဆရာကြီးဖြစ်သွားတဲ့  ဦးပဂျီငို ရဲ့၊ သူစတင် ရေးခဲ့ တာ ၂၀၂၀ မှာ အနှစ် ၁၀၀ ပြည့်ခဲ့တဲ့  “ ကြီးပွါးချမ်းသာ ရေး .”  စာအုပ်) as I learnt   in my  1966 young  student days .

ဦး ကျော်ဦးရဲ့ website မှာ Water Resources Facts and Figures တွေသဘောတွေ့ ရာက ၊သိမ်းထားတဲ့ Myanmar Environmental Performance Assessment EPA Report ကြီး တစ်ခုထဲက ရေ Water Resources data တွေ တွေ့လို့ ၊ လိုအပ် သလို စစ်ဆေး၊ စီစစ် နိုင်ကြပါစေ ရန် ပြန်လည် မျှဝေလိုက်ပါတယ် ။ 

ADB အောက်မှာ မြန်မာဘက်က ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် သမားမိတ်ဆွေကြီး ဝင်းမျိုးသူ တို့ က အဓီက ပါဝင်ပ့ံပိုး ဝိုင်းကူ လုပ်ပေးကြတာ သွား တွေ့ပါတယ်.သစ်တောသမားမို့သစ်တောရေးရာ ဆက်စပ် တာတွေစောင်းပေးရေးနိုင်ကြတယ် . Social Environment လူမှုပတ် ဝန်းကျင် ရေးရာ လူတွေအကြောင်းတော့ ဘာတွေသုံးသပ်ထား ရေးထားသလဲ မကြည့် ရသေး၊ မသိသေးပါ။

ဘာလုပ်လုပ် လူသာပဓာန ကလဲ အရေးကြီးတယ်လို့ မိမိ ကိုယ် တိုင်လက်ခံထားလို့ပါ။
